Thread other side of running thread stud into Swag hook
Measure, mark, and drill hole in ceiling large enough to
fit folded toggle wing through the new hole in ceiling.
Drill Hole
Push folded toggle wing through new hole in ceiling
Thread swag hook into running thread stud if not previously done
Tighten swag hook so that it fits tightly to the ceiling
